Discovery Session

A virtual call so you can ask questions, share your goals and challenges, and figure out if coaching is the right fit.
First session
90 min
In the first session, we get to know one another and have our first opportunity for coaching.
3 months - weekly / bi-weekly
12 x 60 min / 6 x 60 min

In each session, we will explore a goal or challenge of your choosing, then work towards creating a meaningful and motivating action step or plan.

In the following session we will reflect on the previous action step(s) so you can learn and grow. We use this learning to create a toolkit for you to take forward after coaching.

Pricing
The first session is invoiced separately, and the remaining sessions are billed monthly (2-4 sessions per invoice). In-between session check-ins are included in all pricing plans.
